SYLEX is distilled during the season when citrus fruits are available, taking advantage of their freshness to keep all their properties intact.
Citrus maxima was the first citrus fruit cultivated in Europe and from which most of the citrus fruits we know today are descended.

A sweet lime is also used, such as Marrakesh Lime, Borneo Lemon, Bitter Orange or Centennial Kumquat.
The floral touch is provided by orange blossom and hibiscus and the differential point is thanks to the nuances of sea fennel.
