Combine 1 part Sylex Gin with 2 parts neutral tonic. Serve in your favorite glass, with a rock of ice and a slice of lime.
Add ice in a cocktail shaker or large glass with 1 part SylexGin (30 ml), 1/2 part lemon juice (15 ml), 1/2 part syrup (15 ml).
Shake and pour the contents into a highball glass.
Fill with champagne, garnish with a lemon twist and enjoy.
Combine in a glass with ice, 3 equal parts (25-30ml) of SYLEXGIN, Campari and red Vermouth.
Add a twist of orange and enjoy.
